Walnut cookies

Ingredients

145 g walnut oil

60g Maltodex

2.3 grams of salt

40 g roasted and smoked walnuts

 

Preparation

Put the ingredients, except for the walnuts, in a bowl and stir until smooth. Store the mixture in an airtight container in a cool, dry place until ready to use. Grind the nuts and mix with the Maltodex walnut oil mixture to a homogeneous mass. Store the mixture in an airtight container in a cool, dry place until ready to use. For the walnut cookies, roll out the mixture of nuts, maltodex and walnut oil to a thickness of 1 cm. Cut out cookies about 3 centimeters in diameter from the dough.
