Vegans and vegetarians have so far only had the possibility to gel with agar or other vegetable products.
The result was usually not satisfactory - the mouthfeel, the consistency is different from the usual gelatine.
The Vegan Gelatine from CreativeCuisine is a mixture of different vegetable gelling agents and can be used easily and sparingly, at home or in the catering trade.

Finely ground powder, tasteless

Gels very quickly; once gelled, the preparation can withstand temperatures of up to 80 °C.

Mix into 1 liter of cold liquid and then bring to the boil very briefly.

Dosage for sweet dishes: approx. 18-20 g/l, dosage for savory dishes: approx. 20-25 g/l

For vegetarian jellies and glazes. Produces gels with a firm consistency and a brittle surface. Pure vegetable gelling agent made from red algae.
Meticell
For vegetarian and vegan hot jellies. Particularly suitable for the production of vegetable dumplings or breadcrumbs without egg and flour. Made from vegetable cellulose.
Agar
For hot and cold jellies. Vegetarian / Vegan Gelatine substitute. Obtained from red algae.
