Polvorón cake with black sesame

Ingredients

5g Maltodex

35 grams of sunflower oil

65 g sesame oil

0.4 grams of salt

1 round cookie cutter (3.5 cm diameter)

black sesame cream (goma-ya)

2 sheets of silicone-coated baking paper

2 dough rails with a height of 0.5 cm

1 piping bag

 

Preparation

Place Maltodex in a large bowl. Mix the two types of oil in a saucepan and add to the Maltodex in a thin stream while kneading constantly to form a firm dough. Add salt and knead.
Roll out the dough between two sheets of baking paper to a thickness of 0.5 cm. Cut out cookies with the cookie cutter and store in an airtight container.
Squirt dots of sesame cream onto the biscuits to decorate.
