Espuma Cold is a stabiliser for the quick and easy production of stable, cold espumas.

Neutral taste - the taste of the basic ingredients is retained

Very economical - 4 times less the amount of other products is needed

Mix in 7-10 g Espuma Cold per litre of cold liquid or pureed total mass.

Pour into an iSi siphon and gas it with 2 iSi-N20 cartridges.

Then leave to rest in the refrigerator for 4-6 h.
