Micro Biscuit Instant, sweet



With MicroBiscuit Instant, airy biscuit doughs can be produced in a very short time. The ready mix is mixed with water for a few minutes in the food processor, filled into moulds using a siphon and is ready after a few seconds in the microwave.


Process 350 g Microbiscuit Instant sweet with 400 ml water in a food processor for 2 minutes until smooth. Pour through a fine sieve into a 1-litre iSi siphon, gas it with two iSi N2O cartridges and chill it for two hours. Cut the bottom rim of the disposable drinking cups about 1.5 cm high in three places and squirt the microbiscuit mixture 2.5 cm high from the siphon into each cup. Heat in the microwave (800 W) for about 40 seconds. Depending on the type of appliance, the baking time can vary up to 15 seconds.
Store the sponge mixture in the refrigerator and use within 2 days.
Very economical, the contents of one tin are enough for approx. 100 pieces.
