Strawberry Yoghurt Chip

Ingredients

200 grams of yoghurt

10 g strawberry powder

freeze dried

10 g protein powder

2g  Meticell

strawberry powder

 

 

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients together and spread thinly on a Silpat mat and sprinkle with strawberry powder. Dry under the heat lamp or in the dehydrator at 75°C until crispy and break into suitable pieces.
