Micro Biscuit Instant, salty



With MicroBiscuit Instant, fluffy biscuit doughs can be made in no time at all. The ready mix is mixed with water for a few minutes in the food processor, filled into moulds with the help of a siphon and is ready after a few seconds in the microwave.


Process 350 g Microbiscuit Instant salty with 400 ml water in a food processor for 2 minutes until smooth. Pour through a fine sieve into a 
1 litre cream siphon, gas with two N2O cartridges and chill for two hours. Cut the bottom rim of disposable plastic drinking cups about 1.5 cm high in three places and squirt the microbiscuit mixture 2.5 cm high from the cream siphon into each cup. Heat in the microwave (800 W) for about 
40 seconds. Depending on the type of appliance, the baking time can vary by up to 15 seconds.Store the mixed biscuit mixture in the refrigerator and use within 2 days. Very economical, the contents of one tin are enough for approx. 100 pieces.
