Espuma Cold is a stabilizer for the quick and easy production of stable, cold espumas.

 

Properties & Application

  • Long-lasting stability
  • Tasteless - the taste of the basic ingredients is retained
  • Very economical - you need 4 times the amount of Proespuma (Sosa).
  • Mix in 7-10 g Espuma Cold per liter of cold liquid or total amount of pureed mixture.
  • Fill into an iSi siphon and gas with 2 iSi-N20 cartridges.
  • Then let it rest in the fridge for 4-6 hours.
