With CreativeCuisine's vegan gelatine, there is now a real alternative to previous products.
Until now, vegans and vegetarians have only had the option of gelling with agar or other plant-based products.
The result was mostly unsatisfactory - the mouthfeel, the consistency differs from the usual gelatine.

CreativeCuisine's vegan gelatine is a mixture of different vegetable gelling agents and can be used very easily and sparingly, at home or in the catering trade.
Be it red fruit jelly, firm cake glaze or a vegetable jelly - with the vegan gelatine from CreativeCuisine there are no limits to your imagination. 


Properties & application notes

  • Vegetarian/vegan gelatin substitute
  • Finely ground powder, tasteless
  • Gels very quickly; once gelled, the preparation can withstand temperatures of up to 80 °C.
  • Mix into 1 liter of cold liquid and then bring to the boil very briefly.
  • Dosage for sweet dishes: approx. 18-20 g/l,  Dosage for salty dishes:  approx. 20-25 g/l
